Keka Enterprise Inc. provides professional consulting, business operations support, planning, coordination, administrative support, and execution-related services. Because these services require time, preparation, and professional expertise, refund eligibility is limited.
Payments for consulting sessions are generally non-refundable once scheduling, preparation, review, or service delivery has begun. Requests to reschedule should be submitted as soon as possible.
Monthly operations support or recurring service payments are not refundable once the service period has started. Clients may request cancellation of future recurring service periods according to the terms of their service agreement.
Custom project payments, deposits, retainers, or service fees may be non-refundable depending on the scope of work, preparation completed, and terms agreed upon in writing.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
